The Exeter City Academy, based at the clubs Cliff Hill training ground, has grown a reputation for not only producing talented footballers but more importantly, well rounded young men.

 

The Academy’s ethos is to look after the best interest of every young player in our care and to strive to have as many of our young players as possible become professional football players.

 

We place a young players personal development above their football development and demand that our young players perform well at school, always behave properly, and learn to respect to ensure they can maximise their potential, on and off the pitch.

 

Through donations we are can supplement:

 

   Recruitment of the right people

   Enhanced wellbeing resources/ support for players & staff.

   Improvements to the internal facilities

   Access to enhanced external facilities

   Purchasing new equipment

   Training/ Match Kit

   Nutrition support for players

 

Any donation however small, is greatly received and will go towards our young players futures.
