Frequently asked questions
How do I set up my new ticketing account?
For current season ticket holders, you will receive an email at around 10AM on April 2, with an activation link, allowing you to set up your new ticketing account. Once set up, you will have access to your season ticket reservation, of which you can then purchase.
For non-season ticket holders, you will be able to set up a new account in time for when season tickets go on early-bird general sale.
What options do I have for my season ticket?
For the 24-25 season, we have introduced a season ticket card, which can be ordered when purchasing your season ticket. This card will have a barcode attached, and will scan like a paper ticket, and will give you access to SJP for the 23 home games in the 24-25 season.
When purchasing your ticket, you can also choose the option to have your season ticket sent to your Apple or Google wallet. This will work the same as the season ticket card, but as a digital option on your phone. Scan the barcode at your gate, and you will be given access to SJP for the 23 home games.
What are my payment options?
For the 24-25 season, we will be able to take payment via the following methods;
- Credit / Debit Card
- Cash
- Cheque
- Klarna
How long do I have to renew my seat? Is it just until April 8?
Season ticket holders will have until Friday, June 28 to renew their season ticket, before the hold on your seat is removed, and can be bought by other supporters. We are only doing renewals for the first week, but this does not mean you must renew by April 8 – feel free to take your time!
I want to move my seat, how can I do this?
If you would like to move your seat from 23/24 to another available seat at SJP for the 24/25 season, or change to the Big Bank, then please contact the ticket office, either via email or over the phone, or come to the Ticket Booth during the week, or on matchdays. We are more than happy to help change your seat if you require.
Can I buy multiple season tickets, for example, for members of my family?
Yes, you will be able to do this. All of the people who you are buying season tickets for, will need their own individual ticketing account. You can then purchase season tickets, and assign these tickets, to those people. This can also work for matchday tickets.
Each supporter will be able to have their own account, with a specific ID, which can be used to link people’s accounts, to one purchaser, for example, a parent buying for their child(ren).
Any issues or questions regarding this, please speak to the Ticket Office.
When will I receive my season ticket?
You will receive either your physical season ticket card, or Apple/Google wallet ticket, no later than mid-July, once the fixtures have been announced for next season. More information on this will be announced closer to the time.
I can't make the match, can someone else use my ticket?
No, Season Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named person. If you are unable to make the match and would like to voluntarily release your seat for the club to re-sell, please email [email protected]
You can always donate your tickets to the 'City for All' scheme which allows those who cannot afford to attend a City match the opportunity to do so.
Is ID required for matchdays?
Yes, if you have purchased either an under-18 or Young Person’s ticket you may be asked to present ID on match day in the form of a passport, provisional/ full driving licence or citizen card. Please note that however old you are by the first game of the season (second weekend of August), is the age band of ticket you have to have.
