Ticketing FAQs

 

When purchasing more than one ticket, how do I assign these to family or friends? 

Once you have selected the tickets you are after, you will be asked to assign them to different people. If the person you are assigning a ticket to already has an ECFC ticketing account, please enter their ECFC number, name and date-of-birth, and you will be able to assign this ticket to them. 

For each person, you will only be asked this for the first purchase, as then they will be added to your ‘Friends and Family’ on the ticketing system.  

 

I am a Season Ticket Holder, and a Priority member, why can I not get an extra ticket in the Priority window? 

The Trust have communicated with us that if you are a Trust member, and you have a Season Ticket, your priority ticket is your Season Ticket, so you are not able to purchase any extra tickets for yourself, until tickets go on General Sale.  

 

My Priority Status on my account is not correct? 

We will be updating the priority status of priority members weekly, so this should always be up to date, in time for when a new priority window opens. I ordered my away ticket for collection, where can I pick this up? 

For tickets for away games, you can collect them from SJP during the week in the Ticket Office, and on Home Matchdays from the Ticket Booth in Grecian Square.  

 

I’ve lost my Season Ticket, how do I get a new one? 

If you lose your Season Ticket during the 24/25 season, please contact the Ticket Office ([email protected]) who will be able to sort out a replacement for you.  

I can’t make it to a game, can I get a refund on my ticket? 

If you have a Season Ticket, these are non-refundable – however you will be able to Transfer your ticket to another supporter (Ticket Transfer will be available by the start of September).  

If you have bought the match ticket as a one off, you have up to 48 hours before the game to get your ticket refunded. If you let us within 48 hours of the game, we will not be able to refund your ticket.  

 

I want to change my ticket, how do I go about doing this? 

To change a ticket, either by concession rate, or by location within SJP, please contact the Ticket Office, who will be able to assist with this. 

Does my Season Ticket cover Cup Fixtures?

No, your Season Ticket does not cover Cup Fixtures. Season Ticket spaces will be held for fixtures that have all SJP Stands open. For fixtures where only 1 or 2 Stands are open, Season Ticket spaces will not be held. Season Ticket holders will be told prior to a Cup Fixture going on sale if they are able to purchase their regular seat.
